The bathrooms are en-suite, comfortably large, and both have an open-roof area.

One of them has been designed in Gaudi style, double sink, shower, jacuzzi... all decorated with handicraft mosaic. Printed floors.

The other one is a natural style, the walls simulate natural stone, being equipped with double sink and shower.

There exists another shower at the entrance wall you can use when you come back from the beach, especially designed to easily remove the sand from your feet.

The living room is also spacious, having special care been taken in creating an open atmosphere, by integrating the outside and inside with the use of large open windows, and the diverse ambiences -kitchen, dining-area, sitting-room, in a comfortably-large space.

Best quality choice woods have been selected and hand-made unique pieces of furniture have been designed, to create an agreeable, relaxed sensation.

The kitchen is made out of cedar wood, the worktop is made out of granite stone; double sink, Teka-brand ceramic hobs and oven, American-style double-door fridge with ice and water dispenser.
There exists a kitchen station, with breakfast table, and equipped/fitted with a single sink.

The water is coming from a covered well located within the land, which is treated with a purification UV system, and a double-particle filter. A gas heater provides for hot water in abundance for the house.

The house is completely fitted and ready to live in.
 
The laundry has been equipped with an automatic Bosh European washing machine, and has a small attic for storage purposes.
 
The garden is decorated with a collection of heliconias, bromelias, orquideas and other tropical plants.
 
On the rear there is enough space to built a swimming pool or a bungalow.
